My son received a jury summons. He no longer lives in the same county. What document can he provide the court as proof?

Contact the jury clerk and tell them that he no longer lives in the jurisdiction and ask them what proof they need.

Did you get notice that the PIP file was being closed? You have a one year statute of limitations to sue to keep it enforced.
