if there's no PBT or any other evidence why are you worried about your punishment fight this case is beatable.

Why 38 days and not more or less? St. Johns is a tough county for nonpayment. I would need to know more about your case.

The 17 year old is an adult and can not be charged as a juvenile. There may be programs available for him to keep it off his record.
