Had a probation violation for not submitting to a drug test. Told Mr Rapp why I didn't take the test there were multiple reasons why I may not have taken the test. Including didn't wake in time, wouldn't tell me my color, woke up and called too early, and couldn't understand what color was being sa...id. He informed me that we could always supena the phone records since I myself didn't have access to them. But considering how close we were to court time .. Well there wasn't time for that. So he spoke with my probation officer and we were off to court. In court I didn't have to say a word, he took care of all of that. He tackled the I didn't call in time. What was actually said by him I don't remember, but the judge kept shaking his head up and down, up and down. His defense was so strong that the prosecutor even came out and said I agree with him. And that was it "case dismissed" in what was no more than 3 mins. I don't think he failed to do anything.
