my divorce lawyer did not subpoena any of the records I requested
I paid mr. higgs $1,500.00 to subpoena records . he subpoena no records, he appered to be afraid of my husband's lawyer, he never would return my calls, I felt he was working for my husband, our second time in court i fired him, he didn't care about my case I felt he was lazy and untrustworthy.
