Jessie is a great listener and picks up on the details quickly which means I did not have to keep re-visiting/re-telling my story. She takes exceptional notes to stay on top of things and is extremely organized. Her support staff is amazing to work with and is just as organized as Jessie is. I nev...er had to worry about communication. Phone calls and emails were quick to be returned. I was able to make my own decisions and never felt pushed, but she was open with what her thoughts and opinions were on each matter, which were very helpful when making those decisions.
