Disorganized and Scatterbrained
Everytime I met with Barbara we had to rehash things that we covered in our last meeting because she didn't seem to remember what we discussed previously. Didn't come through
We had to file a dispute with the state board. This lawyer didn't make hearing dates, didn't keep us posted about our case and was overall incompetent. I also know of other folks that have used her that had similar experineces

Warm & Understanding
Ms Maurer is a warm people person and handles clients in a clear, direct manner but with understanding. Family law is especially touchy and I have had excellent service from her.
