I have worked with David McAndrew for the past 15 years on multiple estate planning and legal issues. Mr. McAndrew reviewed and updated our current estate planning and trust, which included multiple properties, IRA's, insurance policies and an irrevocable insurance trust. He also advised us on du...rable power of attorney and medical power of attorney and directives. Mr. MvAndrew advised and established a joint property agreement for a multiple family owned vacation property. When faced with a dispute over a road easement with the local township board and a new developer adjacent to our vacation property, Mr. McAndrew interceded on our behalf, resolved all issues, which also resulted in a financial settlement and physical improvements to the road adjacent to our property. What I like most about working with Mr. McAndrew is his willingness to take the time to explain his thoughts and reasoning behind his recommendations. He goes that extra mile to evaluate your entire financial and estate planning and to look for anything you may have missed that might improve your current and long-term goals. I would recommend Mr. McAndrew to anyone interested in working with an individual that is professional, most current on estate planning and that evaluates each individual's situation and not a "one size fits all" mentality.
