He represented my son but he worked for the prosecuting attorney instead of my son. My son had a zoom hearing on July 27 2021 and he told my son the prosecuting attorney was offering him a plea deal. If he pled guilty to one charge they would drop one charge and he would get sentenced to 15-21 mths. ...On December 13 2021 my son got sentenced to 2-15 year's. He lied to my son just to get him to plead guilty. He's a worthless attorney and need's his license revoked. I am filing a grievance against him and I hope he loses his license and can't practice law any more. I don't know why the courts even use this worthless piece of garbage

I agree 100% with the last review. Austin Roe aka Death Roe is the honest to god worst lawyer you could possibly have when facing any charge. I unfortunately had him as a lawyer. Austin treats you like he is the prosecutor, he will not fight for you, he will put NO effort in defending you. I tried t...o fire him but the judge didn't allow it. Austin is on the courts side not his clients. If you have the unfortunate luck to land this man as your lawyer RUN. The best advice you will ever get on anything Austin Roe related is HIRE A DIFFERENT ATTORNEY IMMEDIATELY! !
