Louis drafted a living trust for my mother. It is a basic form off the internet. In comparison to my trust drawn up by a TRUST ATTY in Kalamazoo, it is terrible. I am the trustee and executor and when asking for information and copies after her death, he now says he can't find them. He seems to b...e working for my step-father instead of acting in regard to person who paid to have him draw up the trust. In fact those were his exact words, "I will have to talk to Norm"... My mother hired him, the trust is in her name and I am the trustee, why does he need to talk to anyone else, other than me? He refused to and refuses to send any info. Poor, poor example of an attorney. Would never recommend him.
