Karyn Elizabeth Tomczyk

I hired Karyn and paid her in full - that was my first mistake. She did not do anything. I would call and when I would get through, her secretary was less than helpful. After about a month I called and the number had been disconnected!! She didn't give me any information that she had moved or chan...ged her number. I was still waiting for a callback a month later!! NEVER AGAIN!!

I hired Ms. Tomczyk to help me with an unfortunate situation where I found myself arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol while visiting family in Michigan. I am an older person & have no previous arrests. At our 1st appointment, she carefully listened to my explanation of what happened -... I had called 911 because another vehicle ran me off the road. I did not go into the ditch, but my front wheels were off the pavement & buried in mud so that I needed a tow truck. That evening I had been at a family gathering & had 2 large glasses of wine with very little food. I agreed to a breathalyzer test when ask by the officer who came to the scene in response to my 911 call. Ms. Tomczyk was very professional & explained the procedure that would be followed by the courts. She obtained permission for me to return to my home out-of-state while waiting for my court appearance. I returned to Michigan for my court appearance & Ms. Tomczyk spent considerable time preparing me for this event. Her description of what the Judge would say, as well as her review of the questions I would need to answer, were very accurate. Under the circumstances, the outcome of the court appearance was as positive as it could be. Ms. Tomczyk was fully prepared & absolutely worth her legal fee!! You will not go wrong placing your trust in her if you need legal help.

We sat down for a consultation and right from the get go she said that she would fight for us no matter what. She listened in a very caring way and made us feel comfortable. We are working on a business idea and also are having real estate problems from another area where we tried starting a busine...ss venture and were forced into financial hardship. She stated that she didn't have a problem...ruffling a few feathers...I knew we found the right lawyer for us...by the way,Karyn we will be back to have you work on our behalf. Our business product we will be donating to raffle off for a kids sports group..again..thanks to Karyn..bless you! Consulted..but will be hiring her.
