I hired Ms. Tomczyk to help me with an unfortunate situation where I found myself arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol while visiting family in Michigan. I am an older person & have no previous arrests. At our 1st appointment, she carefully listened to my explanation of what happened -... I had called 911 because another vehicle ran me off the road. I did not go into the ditch, but my front wheels were off the pavement & buried in mud so that I needed a tow truck. Under the circumstances, the outcome of the court appearance was as positive as it could be. Ms. Tomczyk was fully prepared & absolutely worth her legal fee!!
