A Fierce Advocate Who Exposed CPS Failures and Delivered Justice

I had the privilege of being represented by Attorney Uduak Bellomy in juvenile court during one of the most challenging times of my life. CPS had filed a petition that could have had serious consequences for my family, but Ms. Bellomy approached the case with skill, precision, and unwavering commitme...nt to justice. From the beginning, Ms. Bellomy demonstrated an exceptional grasp of the law and the facts of my case. She held CPS accountable on the stand, skillfully questioning their caseworker until they admitted under oath that they did not have enough information to justify filing the petition in the first place. Her advocacy was so effective that the judge declined to authorize the petition and deferred the matter back to family court—exactly the outcome we hoped for. Throughout the hearing, Ms. Bellomy also stood firm against repeated attempts by the prosecutor to introduce irrelevant and prejudicial information. She raised timely and well-argued objections, and the judge ruled in her favor on every one. Her courtroom presence was confident and professional, and her arguments were grounded in both legal authority and common sense. I cannot recommend Attorney Bellomy highly enough. She is a fierce advocate, a strategic thinker, and someone who truly fights for her clients. If you need someone to protect your rights and stand up to state overreach, she is exactly who you want in your corner.
