On our first visit, a consultation, Mr. Harrison spent over 2 hours with me and my mother and sister regarding my Dad, for Medicaid planning; Mr. Harrison seemed knowledgeable, compassionate, and interested in our case, and stated he could help us, and that it would be a lot of work for him. We prov...ided the majority of the required documents for Medicaid application and was told that he would be in touch. I never heard from Mr Harrison again. With at least 4 phone calls over the course of the following 6-9 months , I was always told by the receptionist that she would give him the message to call me back. I received no phone calls or letters from Mr.Harrison. On the last phone call to Mr. Harrison's office, I inquired of her if Mr Harrison was still interested in working with us, and I was told "I don't know why he wouldn't be." He could have had the professional courtesy to tell us if he was not interested in working with us, and to kindly seek out a different attorney, instead of leaving us hanging, while my mother continued to pay out of pocket for nursing home care for my father, and while patiently waiting for Mr. Harrison to contact us. So, if you are in desperate and timely need of assistance with Medicaid planning , I would go to one of his competitors, who jumped right on the job at the first free consultation meeting, and has an outstanding team of professionals.
