Ayiteh Sowah

He and his secretary Audrey kept telling me that I had a workcomp case filed with the state of Michigan. They never did file one. The WORST part, everytime I got the verification letter from social security as to the status of the case, Audrey would tell me to check pending. I was hospitalized/rehab ...for four months, in which time I got another verification letter from SSA. I didn't get it because I was in the hospital. SSA then assuming I had filled for work comp due to previous answers, which I was told how to do, stopped my checks. WORK COMP WAS NEVER FILED FOR!! WHY did Audrey and Mr. Sowah lie for over 2yrs? I have NEVER been late on bills and now I have faced eviction, shut-off and lossing storage etc costing me hundreds in court costs, late fees, etc with no recourse, and I have gone past statue of limitations, can't file. Why Mr. Sowah did you and Audrey lie? All I ever asked was for a yes or no on the filling of my case. WORST of all, this effected my girlfriend as well because I pay the bills and some are in her name, she didn't deserve this. This statement is about my experiences with Mr. Ayitah Sowah and his secretary Audrey in the Grand Rapids, MI office only. It is my understanding that neither one is still employed by Davidson Green Doud Steele and Ferguson and should this experience have any reflection on the firm.
