Outstanding Mediator

After two failed mediations, I thought this case would never settle! The other side had unrealistic demands & MetLife covering their fees, so they were happy to drag it out forever while running up my bill! Ken Tucker changed everything! He was calm, fair, & incredibly skilled at managing a difficu...lt dynamic. He kept the conversation productive, and somehow guided us to a full settlement. I was genuinely shocked (in the best way) that we actually resolved it! Highly recommend Ken Tucker for tough disputes. Professional and effective!!!

Absolutely amazing!!

Mr Tucker and his secretary are absolutely AMAZING!!! They turned a very screwed up situation completely around. I would not recommend anyone else! They are both straight forward and realistic. I Plan to use them going forward with any and all my other legal needs.
