Dean T. Yeotis

I hired Dean to handle what I felt was a wrongful discharge. He wasn't expensive, but then again, you get what you pay for. Essentially I met with him, gave him the facts as I saw them, and at the end of the consultation after hearing him say that I had "a compelling case," I hired him. It went no...where, to the point where I had to call him after couple of months of not hearing from him. He talked his way out of that one. I called him again after a few months and he said that he didn't think we could win. Maybe that was true, maybe not. However, nothing had changed between my consultation leading up to this conversation, except maybe he just decided he didn't want to mess with it. So I received a check for what was left of my retainer, although I got nothing for the money that I did spend. So I waste eight months or so when I could have gone to at least a more honest or motivated lawyer. I would not recommend this attorney.
