If you want to pay for half of the words that come out of her mouth in court to be "um" go right ahead and waste your money. We paid her over 5k in a divorce/custody case and she did nothing for us. With evidence and proof of defendent being a liar and an abuser she still won. She takes forever in co...urt to get to the point with all of her "um's" and not knowing her case without constantly looking down at her papers because she's unprepared. She drags out the time you need her so you have to pay her more money until you have none left. Just because Bostick is expensive doesn't mean that she is any good. She's not friendly either. This attorney was horrible. She was never available and always rushing me out of her office when I had to start making payments. She had me doing most of her work. Her office assistant requested information from me and would always say that the attorney needs it by tomorrow. Sometimes it was docu...ments that I had to get from entities that could not get it to me by tomorrow. Both the attorney and her office assistant were VERY rude to me and my family. The attorney did not educate and support me in my case, she made me feel like I was on my own. The only thing that she was interested in was the money and she was definitely not worth it. The outcome of my case ended up being the same as if I had not had an attorney at all. What a waste of $8,000. Go with a better attorney who really works for YOU, not just the money.
