Bernie is beyond competent. If only all attorneys could be as good and competent as Bernie at practicing law, the legal community and lawyers in general would not have such a negative reputation. He truly cares about each and every individual he represents. My fear, whether well founded or not, has ...always been that I will simply be processed by the criminal justice system (as, as such, be processed by the attorney that I have hired). Any fears I may have about lawyers and the system are re-soundly blunted/lessened by Bernie representation. The criminal justice system is scary. So there will always be concern. There just is. The system is not fun. Regardless, Bernie truly cares about his client's well-being. He truly does, and that is something that should not be taken lightly, because most attorneys, rather than being concerned about their client's wants, interest and needs, are more concerned about themselves, their family and their own lives. Just not so with Bernie. He takes nothing for granted. He will press the prosecution at every turn and leave no stone unturned. He is at the forefront in knowing the latest and modern trail techniques. The law is very technical. Law school can teach only so much. Even years of experience can only go so far because if any attorney has bad experiences he/she may simply build off of the bad and never get any better at their trade. Bernie was trained by the best. There is no one better. You want Bernie at your side. You truly do.
