Shane Michael Childers

I was looking for a local attorney to take over my Mother's will which was being contested by my sister. I called his office and spoke with the owner of the practice. All was well, until I showed up and was placed with Shane. After explaining my story and paying him a retainer fee he simply duplicate...d the same paperwork which was previously done. I explained to him; he just needed to continue, not start over. We had a somewhat heated discussion about his greedy style, and I informed him his services were no longer needed, but I had already given him money for nothing. He sent me a bill for the remaining amount. I then sent him a bill for my wasted time. I never heard back from him.

I received Shane's information from my financial planner. I had already met with two other attorneys, but didn't feel like my wife and I really clicked with either of them. We were both extremely impressed with Shane and his entire staff. He was very thorough and explained things in a way that made... sense to us. He also asked us questions and made us think through aspects of our estate plan we hadn't really considered before. To top it off, he only charged us half the price the other two attorneys had quoted us for the same work! I'd highly recommend Shane and his firm to anyone looking for a competent estate planning attorney. A+++++!!

He was very compassionate, caring and kind, and did an exceptional job of making sure our entire family understood what needed to be done to accomplish our goals.
