As a military veteran himself, my aging father really related to Shane as we discussed my father's long-term care goals. Shane clearly has a tremendous level of knowledge when it came to explaining veteran's benefits and Medicaid laws and was able to help us secure benefits to pay for my father's st...ay in an assisted living home. He was very compassionate, caring and kind, and did an exceptional job of making sure our entire family understood what needed to be done to accomplish our goals.
