My family highly recommend this firm if you need anything dealing with a family matter with a child. Paul and his staff went immediately to work after talking to him in one day after having to wait 3 weeks because of a previous attorney not working on my case. I talked with Paul on a Thursday hired h...im on a Friday and that Monday I had a motion filed and a court after spending almost 2 months stuck in Michigan I lost hope but Paul and his staff reassured me that they were taking care of my case. I was updated almost every other day about something with my case. You would have thought I was his only case but I wasnt that's how close and updated Paul and his staff makes you feel. After being stuck in Michigan for almost 2 months me and my family are back home in Tennessee and I have Paul and his staff to thank for that.

I cannot say enough about Paul Scott. He helped me through one of the most difficult times in my life. I was blindsided. I’m not sure on how this all worked. But he took the bull by the horns and made sure he had my best interest involved. He was very prompt in getting back with me when I had questio...ns. I hope I never have to go through this situation again. But I feel that he did everything fair and made sure my best interest was looked out for. Paul did an awesome job with my case. My wife previously used him for her custody case. I seen a lot of reviews saying he doesn't like women. But my wife loved him. He even got her everything she wanted from her her case, so I believe he is fair. So she recommended Paul. When I called him I immedi...ately loved how well he knew the family court system and knew I was going to hire him! He would always email me back usually within a couple minutes which was extremely helpful in some events. Most importantly he was dedicated! I felt like I could trust him 100% on doing what was in my best interests and my sons. I know I could relate to Paul being a father. Getting joint custody for fathers is harder then it is for mother's but Paul helped me accomplish that. In court he was very alert and on top of everything going on.
