Biography
David McCleary is a graduate of Oakland University (BS 1980) and the University of Detroit (JD 1983) and has been practicing law since 1984. He is admitted to the State Bar of Michigan and the Federal Bar. He has successfully argued cases of first impression before the Michigan Supreme Court and Michigan Court of Appeals and has taught at Oakland University and Cooley Law School. He lectures in the areas of Estate Planning, asset protection, civil and constitutional rights. In May of 2018, David began accepting all major credit cards including PayPal to make his services more attainable to people in need.
