Michael was very helpful in updating our wills, creating our trust and advising us with retirement issues. Michael is very knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to help us achieve our goals. He consistently showed great empathy and commitment to excellence when advising us.

Professional and Dilligent Partner

I am the CEO of a medical device start-up that first engaged with Mike in July 2015. Since that time Mike has been a great asset to our company. The combination of his legal and business expertise has proved to be instrumental in the growth of our company. When seeking his counsel, Mike always act...s in our best interest. During the times Mike has had to represent our company to outside entities I have been impressed with his professionalism. Mike has aided us in setting up a vast array of business documents (e.g., operating agreements, amendments, NDAs). His response has been rapid and for new people new to business, he is always willing to explain the documents in detail. I highly recommend Mike to any new or established business. Small Business Consulting Help Provided Top Notch

I contacted Michael James on referral from a friend of mine who is also a lawyer. I needed some general legal information about a small business I was planning on buying in the state, and he forwarded Michael's contact information. I'm glad I made the call. The service Michael provided to me was... top notch. He was prompt in his response to my legal questions, and at the same time very thorough. Being a first time potential small business owner, I had many questions. Michael was very approachable and helpful throughout the process, which ultimately allowed me to make the proper business decision regarding the investment.
