Joshua Michael Lee

Joshua M. Lee is the founder of Lee Private Client Law, PLLC, an estate planning firm serving families and business owners across Oakland, Livingston, and Genesee counties from Fenton, Michigan. The firm prepares revocable living trust plans at published flat fees and handles trust funding itself, preparing and submitting the retitling paperwork and following each transfer to written confirmation.

Before practicing law, Josh co-founded and scaled a nationwide chemical distribution company, where he also handled in-house legal work. That experience shapes how he approaches succession planning for owners of closely held businesses: reading operating and shareholder agreements, identifying transfer restrictions and funding gaps, and coordinating with clients' accountants and financial advisors.
