This review is from a person who hired this attorney.

worst experience ever

I hired him to represent me in a very easy case. He wrote a letter and charged $800. Then to proceed he charged another $1000. He then requested another $1200. Did nothing after that but disappear . The only time he came around or contacted me for for money.

Not reliable - stay away!

Used Mr. Kozyra to represent us in a local matter. As many other reviewers have stated, he was eager to receive payment and disappeared without providing any support. DO NOT USE HIM

Do not hire him, just as the others have said

Was supposed to handle a judgment related to a property that was clear cut. He renewed the judgment, but was supposed to collect on it and never even tried. I repeatedly tried to contact him and he never replied. I sent a registered letter and it came back. Oh, and this was a one time friend of m...ine, or so I thought!

The worst of the worst!

I hired this guy for my divorce in 2003, He did half job represent me, until the court date which he screwed up, then he bombed at the hearing, took the 4 grand after my weak settlement, and then took another 35 hundred for the appeal, because he was weak at the hearing. If Michigan's divorce law was...n't pretty standard, I would have lost everything. The worst part about it was, I had to call his office every day, to get any kind of information. His legal secretary is the worst of the worst! They both were more concerned about they're own family problems, than mine. Very un- professional, and the worst experience I've ever had with any attorney. He represented me for some drivers license issues before this, and I was dumb enough to re hire him. DO NOT HIRE HIM, YOU WILL BE SORRY!

Don't hire him

I hired him him back in May of 2011. I have not heard from him in over a year but he was quick to take my money. The only time I heard from him was when he wanted a check. He did nothing for me but write a letter. I requested a written statement from him and have never received it. I would ...NEVER hire him again.
