Spencer Michael Bondy

Spencer Bondy is an amazing Lawyer! I retained spencer because of a operating while intoxicated charge. He went above and beyond what any other lawyer would do. Anytime I had a question or concern he would pick up the phone right away, or call me back immediately. Many lawyers just have one way of do...ing things. However Spencer was adaptive, he listened to my concerns and made a game plan accordingly. This resulted In an extremely favorable outcome. I can’t even imagine going through my case with out Spencer as my lawyer. I will forever recommend him to anyone I know.

Where do I start! First of all, if you were like me, and found yourself in need of a lawyer, and had absolutely no idea who to use, LOOK NO FURTHER! I started looking for a lawyer under the catagory that I needed help in, and I wanted to have one close to my town of South Lyon. There were zillions...! I went to the reviews, and Spencer Bondy blew most of the other lawyers away! I called, and He answered!! I Immediately felt like he was going to work hard for me. He was honest about his fee, and if you have every heard the saying, "you get what you pay for", it is so very true with Spencer. He was able to get my charge lowered , and in the end NO probation, and NO community service. Spencer went above and beyond the call of duty when it came to my DUI case. He takes the time to develop a strong understanding of a client's situation and then combines this with great knowledge of what the court/judges are looking for. I was expecting a significant jail sentence but instead had the... option of avoiding jail time. Spencer thoughtfully and meticulously created a sentencing memorandum pre-trial (which many other attorneys do NOT do), which materially moved the judge to go easier on my sentencing. You would have thought that working with an attorney on a case that was over 30 years old, from across the country, on a felony VOP in superior court that included a bench warrant would have been stressful and problematic.
