Mine was a unique case and tremendously happy with the results. I was charged with OWVI by Milford Police Dept. in the 52-1 District Court. The police report had several deviations and after watching all all video from officers body cameras in discovery, Spencer Bondy, wrote and submitted 12-pages ...in a deviation letter to the prosecutor. Respectfully citing each and every one of the deviations made. Spencer communicated each step of the process to me and kept me in the loop at every turn and conversation with the prosecutor.
