Spencer Michael Bondy

This was the first time I have ever got into trouble. Back in August I got a DUI with a high BAC. A family friend of mine recommended Spencer and I called him the day I got out of jail. He listened to my story and gave me advice right off the bat. He helped me understand what was about to happen and ...I knew I needed to hire him. The following day I went in to his office to sit down and talk about everything. He made me feel so much better about the situation and more knowledgeable. Like I previously said, I Have never been in trouble so I’m not sure how court works but he helped me through it all. My anxiety is also terrible but every time I called him freaking out about something, he would answer and help me through the situation. Spencer worked hard on my case and led me in the right direction and we were able to get my DUI dropped down to a lesser offense. I’m still having minor issues with the court (lost paperwork, etc) and he is still willing to take my calls and help me through this difficult time. If it wasn’t for him, I don’t know where I would be right now. If I ever get in trouble again (which I won’t because I have learned my lesson) or need a lawyer for anything, I will go to Spencer 100%. I will also recommend any family or friends to go to him as well. Very professional and down to earth!!

Unfortunately I received a DUI. I really had no idea what to do or where to turn. After talking to Spencer I was very much at ease that we could handle this issue. I had 2 probation violations and they were serious. I was going through a ton of issues during that time of life. One was not showing up to drug testing/probation meeting, and the other was absconding probation. I was absolutely terrified at that time and thought everything was going to go south. Aft...er reading great reviews about him I gave him a call and the second we talked I could tell he knew exactly what to do. Every time I called he would answer right away even if it had nothing to do with my case. I have never dealt with this level of professionalism and I highly recommend him to anyone that‘a dealing with issues. The case was resolved with even better results than what was recommended which was unbelievable. I have now found an amazing opportunity for work and my life is exactly where it was prior to everything thanks to Spencer Bondy.

My wife and I were faced with both criminal and civil cases that by all accounts were highly complicated. Spencer stepped right in and the criminal case was dropped. As for the civil case, it extended for months, the whole time Spencer was always available to answer questions and discuss the path f...orward. He is very knowledgeable and personable while also being both supportive and realistic. When the case entered the courtroom Spencer came fully prepared to fight. He was well prepared and well organized; all his hours of preparation showed though. Spencer was very professional and knew the ins and outs of the courtroom. At the probable cause hearing, which cases of this nature very rarely get dismissed, Spencer's preparation and knowledge of the case along with his cross examination shinned in the courtroom. He fought and was not willing to lose; the end result was having the case dismissed before going to a trial. I would highly recommend Spencer Bondy. If there is ever a need for a lawyer again, he would be our only choice.
