Spencer Michael Bondy

Spencer went above and beyond the call of duty when it came to my DUI case. He takes the time to develop a strong understanding of a client's situation and then combines this with great knowledge of what the court/judges are looking for. I was expecting a significant jail sentence but instead had the... option of avoiding jail time. Spencer thoughtfully and meticulously created a sentencing memorandum pre-trial (which many other attorneys do NOT do), which materially moved the judge to go easier on my sentencing. Spencer Bondy did a phenomenal job to say the least. This was the first time I have ever got into trouble. Back in August I got a DUI with a high BAC. A family friend of mine recommended Spencer and I called him the day I got out of jail. He listened to my story and gave me advice right off the bat. He helped me understand what was about to happen and ...I knew I needed to hire him. The following day I went in to his office to sit down and talk about everything. He made me feel so much better about the situation and more knowledgeable. Like I previously said, I Have never been in trouble so I’m not sure how court works but he helped me through it all. Unfortunately I received a DUI. I really had no idea what to do or where to turn. After talking to Spencer I was very much at ease that we could handle this issue.
