Spencer Michael Bondy

I was pulled over for a suspected OUI in Brighton MI by the Livingston County Sheriff's department. The police officer said that I had swerved into his lane, crossing over the double yellow lines. Once I passed the field sobriety, I refused to take a breathalyzer, and he took me to jail to test my bl...ood for alcohol. I was released on bond the next day and was referred to Spencer Bondy. I chose to go with Spencer after he was recommended by a family member. I then did my own research and decided he would be the right fit for me.  Since I refused to take the breathalyzer, I was facing both a suspended license and an OUI. He helped me get my temporary license while we were awaiting the court date so I could still work and do everyday activities. He reviewed all of the videos and documents on my case extensively to assure the best outcome. He got both my suspended license and OUI completely dropped. Spencer was able to sift through every step that was made during the experience and found all of the mistakes that were made by the officer. He took the time to make sure I had the best possible outcome, not just a quick plead the case down and move on. He really cared. There were no points added to my license, my insurance did not go up, and I was able to continue working. During my whole time with Spencer, he was always in contact with me and let me know of any updates as soon as he received them. Spencer got me out of a traffic ticket from when I was driving during a snowstorm and slid on an unplowed, icy road through a red light.
