Stella answers one the first call to her and the first advocate that I called! I was traumatized when I found out about a hearing. Stella calmed my nerves and explained everything so well asked important clear questions. She made the process so easy. I would recommend her in a heartbeat. Look for a more dedicated attorney. She will probably not spend a full hour on your unemployment case. When it is over she is off the clock. She said she would call me before my hearing to run through questions. She did not. My Hearing did not go well and at one point she was chuckling at my answers.... Very unprofessional. Any questions you have after hearing need to be addressed with UIA.

We're picking our unemployment representative from the list of professionals to support us in our hearing, more or less blind folded! Not knowing what to expect, I consider myself one very fortunate person for choosing Ms. Webster. She explained in great detail what to expect and I felt going into ...this hearing I had my best friend by my side.
