We were foster parents. Ms. Combs was assigned to our case. We received two children from parents in which one was a heavy drug abuser that attempted to murder their spouse with drugs. Both parents were tested for drugs each week. One parent failed almost all the testing while the other parent never failed any testing to our knowledge. To make a long story short, we finally got the kids healthy emotionally and physically and they were becoming well adjusted. This got the drug parent upset and they became belligerent. Stacy then fabricated one lie after another about us and presented it in court even though she had never met us. Nothing she said about us was true. Eventually, against our protest, Stacey removed the children from our safe, secure and loving family and gave them to the drug parent and their parent. They quickly lost the kids again at which time the kids were placed in another unknown foster home. The kids by then were so out of control that they quickly moved them again. Stacey finally gave the kids back to the drug parent and has created multiple lies about the parent that never failed a drug test. No kid deserves this kind of abuse and recklessness. Every decision Stacey made was tragic for the children. She even tried to interrogate the kids in order to create more lies. Ms. Combs is completely unqualified to be in the Child Protective Services. We will never be foster parents again because of the abuse we took from this unprofessional person who never put the safety of the kids first. This type of corruption needs to be reported to higher officials in the hopes that the courts and the lawyers would come under heavy scrutiny. We believe the children should always be with their parents but the parent should become healthy first.
