“the sanction grew out of bitter litigation with a Bell operating company. it was based upon the testimony of an hourly employee who later recanted and stated that its law firm, the largest in the state at the time, coereced her by threats of criminal prosecution, to falsify her testimony, according to her testimony at the grivience hearing made in 1996 some five years after the litigation, during which time she never talked to me. She appoligised from the witness stand.”
