Worst lawyer!!
Waste of money, she shows up late. On top of that she’s never prepared, waits until last minute to send important paper work that needs to be signed. By last minute I mean the night before court. Seriously don’t waste your time or money on her!!!

Replied last August 28, 2019This person was never my client. I was hired by her husband. He left the country and I continued to help her get the divorce, without additional payment. I advised her, drafted paperwork and kept appearing in court. At the last court date, she hadn't provided the necessary paperwork and wasn't in court when I was there.

Needs to be trained in how to get to court on TIME!!!
Marilyn Walker was probably the most unprofessional lawyer that I have ever met. She took my case and charged me the retainer fee, however she did not prepare for the trial, was REPEATEDLY late to the trial dates and did not notify us of a court date that she herself missed.
