Max Manoogian prides himself on offering strong legal representation in the areas of criminal defense, divorce, and business law.  Trained in the arts of trial practice and negotiation at the Michigan State University College of Law, where he was awarded a full merit scholarship, Max graduated in the upper echelon of his class and earned the distinction of Cum Laude.  A strong advocate for the city of Detroit, Max has worked in both the family and the criminal division of the city’s Circuit Court system.  Working in the chambers of the Honorable Richard B. Halloran, Third Circuit Family Court Judge, Max forged an understanding of the intricacies of family law.  Working in the General Trials Division of the Wayne County Prosecutor’s Office, Max refined his skills as a trial attorney, arguing felony cases on the record in front of Third Circuit criminal judges.

Max has served as appointed counsel for numerous cases in 48th District Court (Bloomfield Hills), 44th District Court (Royal Oak), and 47th District Court (Farmington Hills).  Max has also represented clients in several civil cases in both Oakland County and Wayne County Circuit Courts.

Max is a personable attorney who focuses his representation on zealous advocacy and a commitment to transparency and honesty with his clients.  Understanding that the uncertainties of the legal process present a significant hardship to laypersons, Max utilizes the skills he developed while earning a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Michigan State University to keep his clients fully aware of the steps and stages of their case.
