Why I would recommend Josh in a heartbeat

I needed an attorney because I got in an automobile accident hurt my should pretty bad. I had to have surgery at McLaren Hospital. They had to repair some tendons in my right shoulder. I called Michigan Auto Law for help getting my medical expenses covered and I wanted to see what else I was entitled... to for the crash. Josh Terebelo was my guy. I think he’s a fine person and an excellent lawyer. He did a very good job for me. He got me a substantial amount of money in a quick amount of time. He’s a well-mannered and very educated guy. I got nothing but good props for him, and if I ever had to have a lawyer again for this type of situation, he would be the first guy that I would call on the phone in a heartbeat. Everybody down there at Michigan Auto Law is great. The secretaries were always very polite and cordial to me. I would also like to mention attorney Brandon Hewitt. He got me some money as well and was always there with answers when I had questions. All of the people at Michigan Auto Law are great people.

Josh never faltered in representing me after my truck accident

I was badly injured by a truck. I had a ton of medical bills piling up because my insurance company stopped paying my No Fault benefits. But my lawyer Josh helped me through and made sure everything was paid. He was always prepared and two steps ahead in litigating my case. He made me feel like every...thing was going to be okay and was in his hands. He prepared me for everything and answered all of my questions. I always felt taken care of and knew Josh was fighting for me and working very hard. The insurance company offered me a very low settlement for my No Fault benefits, not even enough to cover the medical bills. But Josh wouldn't accept that. No way. He was willing to take my case to trial because he believed in me. Because of Josh, the insurance company actually settled before a verdict could come through. They didn't want to take him on. We got more and I don't have to pay court costs and fines. When we were in the courtroom, I felt like Josh had an angelic presence because he was advocating for me and he had all the facts. He knew the truth and he just had this powerful presence about him. He never faltered. And everything Josh asked for for me, he got. And you have to have skill to get that. I would say come to Josh, don't think about going to anyone else, You will be safe in Josh's hands.

When my lawyer was with me, it was all about me

They are very courteous and understanding at Michigan Auto Law. I felt a lot of empathy from my attorney Josh after my car accident. He explained everything he did and advised me on what I should and shouldn't do throughout my case. He took his time with me and told me step by step what was going to... happen. He was honest about everything. And I had a lot of confidence that he was going to do the right thing. Any time I called, Josh made himself available to talk with me. Some people you have to wait two or three days but not with Josh. If Josh was in court, he would still call me back same day. He was never rushed. When he was with me, it was all about me. With Josh, protecting me throughout my case was personal – like I was family. I had a difficult case and Josh did the absolute best he could do for me. He worked really hard and got me the best settlement I could get.

I wouldnt trade Josh for the world!

I wouldn't trade Josh for the world! He's a very dependable attorney. He listens to you. He's not the type to just tell you facts. He breaks it down and tells you exactly how your lawsuit will go. He doesn't sugarcoat anything. He always gives me advice on what's in my best interest and that made me ...feel well protected. I needed help with everything after my car crash. And also what I liked about him, if I called him and he wasn't available, he called me back that day. Josh was there legally and friend wise. He was really there. His name is common in our household in family meetings and he even helps my family when they have legal questions. I have referred Josh to several people in my family who have been in accidents.
