Hard worker

James (Jim) Kelly is not an honest or reliable Insurance Attorney! My parents retained him in July of 2018 to sue Allstate Insurance over a claim and paid Mr. Kelly a retainer fee of $1000.00 up front and that is the last they have heard from him outside of a bill mailed to them for $760.88.
