James Joseph Kelly

Jim helped me with my insurance claim. He was patient with me and very knowledgeable on the ins and outs of the process. Jim took extra time going over everything with me and helping me prepare for my Examination under Oath. He explained the process and explained possible outcomes due to policies and... procedures. I claimed damages and loss, however we were only granted the loss of personal property. I feel like without Jim, the insurance company would have denied my entire claim

James (Jim) Kelly is not an honest or reliable Insurance Attorney! My parents retained him in July of 2018 to sue Allstate Insurance over a claim and paid Mr. Kelly a retainer fee of $1000.00 up front and that is the last they have heard from him outside of a bill mailed to them for $760.88. He does ...not return phone calls or text messages, his assistant says he is always in court therefore he is screening all calls from unhappy clients. You never know what office he is working out of, Rochester Hills, Farmington Hills, or Novi nor does he have an office of his own, he meets with potiential clients in conference rooms of several different Law Firms. I would not reccomend James (Jim) Kelly to represent anyone with an insurance issue.
