I was charged with 4yr felony and operating vehicle in commission (supposed to lose license) for getting caught with 4lbs and $2,500 to sell someone 2lbs of weed. He tore up the cops and case in court. He demands detailed report from every minute of investigation. In the end I got 40hrs community ser...vice and a $100 fine and it is dismissed under 7411 after community service. In the meantime I got 90 days probation and can smoke marijuana too, because he got the judge to acknowledge and okay my medical marijuana card on the record.
