I had a hospital bill sent to this company. I spoke with Diana May, company Paralegal, in Dec 2023. Diana worked with me to set up a payment plan that she said would begin at some point after the holiday season (no specific start date was given). Diana let me know she needed to send me the agreement ...to sign and return. I specifically requested the Paralegal physically mail the agreement to my home address & instead Diana ended up emailing it to an incorrect email address. I reached back out after the holidays and not seeing the agreement arrive in the mail only to find out due to "lack of response" from the incorrect email that was sent the office filed a court case against me. Long story short due to the office Paralegal making a huge error & sending my personal information to someone else the office is now charging me extra court/attorney fees instead of following the original agreement. Absolutely horrible communication! This company needs to stop taking advantage of people who are just trying to make their payments.
