Biography
From 1971 to 1987 I was a solo practioner practicing law in Michigan with an emphasis on real estate, contract disputes and commercial litigation. I argued two class action lawsuits before the Michigan Supreme Court and argued several times before the Federal Appeals Court.
In 1987 I founded Fidelity Title Company, a boutique title insurance agency which specialized in commercial transactions. I closed over Eight Billion Dollars in almost 20 years.
In 2006 I formed Fidelity Commercial Services to be the single point of contact for title insurance, appraisals, surveys, enviornmental reports, foreclosures and quiet title litigation. Now doing business under the name Land Title Insurance Services.

Childish Behavior, Rude, Unresponsive
Mr. Ellman, was helpful in the beginning of my case. Is it Reg and he failed to respond in a timely manner was rude rude comments to me personally refuse to answer calls refuse to answer questions and my whole number one concern he completely dropped the ball on.
