Gary E. Perlmuter founded Perlmuter Law, P.C. in 2014, after more than 23 years of private practice. Perlmuter Law is founded upon the principle goal of providing personalized, efficient and innovative legal services to clients. The firm also strives to serve clients with perfect work, in a timely and efficient manner. Gary is a business, IT and real estate attorney, and a principal of the firm, serving clients of all sizes and across a multitude of industries. He regularly assists clients with the formation, organization, governance and maintenance of business entities. Gary counsels clients on structuring their business entities and he drafts their operative documentation, including operating agreements and shareholder agreements. He also negotiates and drafts contracts and agreements utilized by businesses in manufacturing, commodities, information technology, video gaming, heath care, real estate, construction and numerous other industries. Gary regularly represents clients on business acquisitions and related transactions, including purchasing and selling existing businesses and their facilities. Clients also seek out Gary’s counsel for business and real estate succession planning.
