Biography
I am a Litigation Attorney with Trott Law, P.C. I have extensive professional experience with complex litigation and real property law. My range of real property knowledge includes default servicing, federal and state mortgage regulations, title issues and review, boundary disputes, quiet title actions, evictions, etc.
In addition, I have a strong background in drafting contracts, small business law and dispute resolution.
Finally, I have a strong personal interest in jurisprudence and constitutional law and I teach the legal portion of the class required for Michigan's concealed pistol license (CPL). I have also given talks to various groups on the subject of Second Amendment rights and firearms law.
