Franci B. Silver

I graduated from Oakland University, with a degree in Political Science. After graduating Oakland University in 1984, I attended Detroit College of Law, receiving my Juris Doctorate in 1988.

I immediately went to work for a personal injury law firm before coming to work for the Law Offices of Lee B. Steinberg in 1991. During my law practice, I have obtained several jury verdicts and awards against numerous defendants. I have also obtained numerous large settlements for our clients, to compensate them for their serious and permanent injuries.

I concentrate some of my practice in Social Security Disability (SSD) appeals, helping our clients obtain SSD and SSI awards after initially being denied by the Social Security Administration.

I also specialize in premises liability law and no-fault automobile litigation. I am currently a member of the State Bar of Michigan and I am admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan. I am a member of the Michigan Association for Justice as well as the Negligence and Social Security sections.

I am retained by other litigation attorneys to act as an Arbitrator, advocating for injured clients and I am appointed by the County Courts as a Case Evaluator.
