Biography
Tax Attorney Silver, is the Managing Partner of the IRS National Tax Defense Group of Silver Tax Group, handling Tax Defense cases from all over the country. He is a member of NATP, ABA, BNI, AIPAC, and is admitted to both the United States Tax Court and Michigan Bar. He has been instrumental in helping his clients protect their assets from IRS controversy and seizure. Attorney Silver, has published a book called; “Stop The IRS” which serves to educate people on tax rules, regulations, and how to overcome their own Tax Problems.
As a Tax Attorney, Mr. Silver is focused on overcoming IRS Problems, giving IRS Help, providing value, results, reducing costs to clients, and eliminating hourly billing whenever possible by offering clients a flat fee option.
Attorney Silver donates his free time to charitable organizations such as; Friends of the Macomb County Veterans' Treatment Court, PBS, AIPAC, Federation, ADL, JVS, and ORT.
