Brian Mark Bez

Hi there, I'm writing about Mr Brian Bez from the law offices of Lee Steinberg. In June of 2010 I was in an auto accident where there other party decided he wasn't going to wait for the light and shot through it and I T-boned him. I contacted Mr. Bez in September. In no time flat they had one of ...their assistances at my house with papers in hand. No biggie, everything was cut and dry. After my initial meeting with Mr Bez it was as if he fell off the earth. About 5-6 weeks later his office sent me a meeting notice for the following month. I kept having to call his office and try to get status. About 3 weeks ago I got then initial offer. It was really really low. I talked with Mr Bez and there told that there was nothing to worry about and he was going to send more details over to them and we'd wait and see. Today I received a call from Mr Bez claiming that he work load to too much and because there wasn't much money in this case (he said it twice so I know he was telling the truth) that he was going to have to send me to a different firm. Due to the horriable communication with him and his willingness to only handle a case if there was quick money in it and an extream lack of willingness to fight for someone I would not hire him again nor would I recommend him to anyone.
