Lack of representation.
Mr. Hobbs dropped the ball, he did nothing but the paperwork. He showed up for the court hearing but did NOTHING. We basically represented ourselves. He was totally useless, didn't try to make a case for us. This should have been a cut and dry case. We were so disappointed. Then he stopped return...
