Kathleen M. Parakh

Kathleen Parakh is licensed to practice before, State Of Michigan and the 6th Circuit Federal Court.

Kathleen has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Kettering University and over 15 years of experience in the automotive industry - much of it in Senior Management. Kathleen has received three patents from the US Patent and Trademark Office. Kathleen is also a contributing author to ED Michigan IP Report Blog.

Kathleen is a landlord and understands the urgency of this engaging the court system at the earliest. She has a long term client base of several landlords. Kathleen is in court with the earliest possible date for the eviction even before the client's check arrives in the mail. The highlight here is the court requires fees upfront while the papers are being filed. That amount comes out of Kathleen's account even before the client's check reaches her. That's testimony to her faith in her clients, her commitment and dedication to her job.

Kathleen is honest, very responsive and extremely reasonable with her fees. That's a breath of fresh air for clients in our area. Kathleen completed her Masters Degree in Law, graduated with honors so she could practice and strive to contribute her best and stand out among her peers.
