I have every reason to believe that this review was not written by an actual client. I believe the review was written by an individual on a case that I arbitrated and he previously attempted to write a review on Avvo that was removed. He was not my client. The matter in which I acted as an arbitrator resulted in his counsel being sanctioned and he was reprimanded for inappropriate behavior. A significant portion of my practice is to act as a mediator as well as in a quasi-judicial capacity as an arbitrator. As an arbitrator, I render awards and sometimes one party or both parties may feel aggrieved by the decision. I can assure you that in my 30 years of practice I have never had a client accuse me of “racking up” fees, engaging in fear mongering or being uncooperative with other attorneys. My office is appointed by family court judges on over 250 cases annually (along with the approval of attorneys) to act as a mediator/arbitrator. The judicial appointments are based upon my representation of being knowledgeable and reasonable.
