Debra Clancy

I retained Debra on a divorce where the mother was unreasonable difficult. Debra did a fine job representing in court. The issues I had are with the judgment. There are open issues and language that was not specific which has created issues with parenting time and pretty much eliminated many of my... rights as a father. Furthermore there was paperwork that was not filed to release the house to me which made it difficult to refinance and almost resulted in a foreclosure as I was unable to make the balloon payment. When I contacted Debra about it 5 years after the judgment see got the issue resolved but then sent me a bill. Great lawyer to talk to during a difficult time and will get your divorce resolved but you will have a lifetime of issues with the judgment long-term which will require you to hire another lawyer to clean up.
